Guides

Meet on Mondays from 7.00 - 9.00pm for girls aged 10 and upwards.

Our aim is to have fun and use the talents that we already possess and develope new ones. We already have a wide and varied programme of things to do and work from. These come under headings such as

Becoming a Homemaker  Keeping Fit
Thinking for Yourself  Exploring the Arts
Enjoying the Outdoors  Giving Service
Getting to know People

We have a Guide promise and Guide Laws to help us in all that we aim to achieve. The Guides today not only learn about cooking and sewing, we have our own sports equitment for both inside and out. There is even an interest badge for those interested in computers.

All this and we still have time to go out bowling, ice skating, and to the theatre, to name but a few; so whatever your particular interest or hobby we can help to achieve a great deal more. Our leaders are there to assist and help in lots of ways.
