WIelcome to Harvest. Items of food given for the Harvest Display will be donated to The Salvation Army for the homeless. Money will be passed on to the BMS Harvest Appeal to help educate children in Brazil,Africa and Ecuador.
Next Wednesday, 5th October, The Beltones singing group are performing at Lakeside Baptist Church, Gilley Law, Sunderland. The event commences at 7.00pm and all are welcome.
Graham is on holiday on the16th and 23rd October and the services will be conducted by:-

The South Tyneside Group of Baptist Churches are holding an event on Sat 29th October at Marsden Road. The morning event is for Church Leaders. The afternoon event, which commences at 2.00pm, is open for anyone interested in "Real Life witnessing for ordinary people in the everyday world". The guest speaker is Glen Marshall, tutor in Mission Studies at Northern Baptist College.
The Christmas Fayre is to be held on Saturday, 19th November. Would you like to help? See Jane or Rose.

Operation Christmas Child Shoe Box Appeal service - Sunday 20th November. Anyone is invited to bring along their filled shoebox when a special service will be held. More information is in the current Church Magazine.
The recent Church Meeting decided that the green chairs in the Harvey Lounge were now in a poor state and would be replaced by chairs from the Church. If anyone is able to assist us in taking a couple of chairs to the tip, please speak to me.
Parents - did you know Sunday Club is held every sunday at 10.45am for the children of all ages. Why not bring your children along for Bible stories, crafts, games and lots more.
