Situations Vacant

Wanted - willing volunteers. Rewards - bringing others into the Church. Experience - none required.

Luncheon club Co-ordinator
Role: To organise activities in the church for one hour after the lunch. For more info speak to Dawn Hoskins.

Prayer co-ordinator/informer
Role: To co-ordinate prayer triplets/prayer chains and inform the Church of prayer topics on a monthly basis.

Flyer distributors
Role: To deliver flyers to homes in the area spreading the news of the Church.

Communication officer
Role: To inform the neighbourhood via the local press and Church windows of events taking place.

The Luncheon club mentioned above will commence on the 24th June and is managed by Age Concern. We would like to encourage those attending lunch (members of the community) to stay in the Church for an hour following the lunch for a time of fellowship.

The Interim Church Meeting is to be held on Thursday 17th June and commences at 7.30pm. Anyone needing transport please speak to Graham.

The youth club is still interested in receiving any type of board games that you may have. Please speak to Christine Zeismer.

At the Cookson Festival Graham is organising a stall to sell decorated candles. If you have any candles that you would like to donate to the stall, please contact Graham.

The Church is proposing to hold Alpha Courses in the Autumn and an introductory meeting for anyone interested in leading these meetings is planned for Tuesday 22nd June at 7.30pm in the Church. The meeting will be led by Rev John Singleton from the NBA. If you would like to attend or want more information please speak to Graham.
