Thanks to all who supported and donated to the Iraq Appeal. The money was sent to the Samaritans Purse to help aid the rebuilding of both the country and the people.

Most people by now should have received their copy of the book "Fresh Wind Fresh Fire" which has been donated by the Church. I hope you are inspired by the faith and commitment of those who, with God's help, spread and developed His word to the people in Brooklyn and beyond. Please remember to pass the book to your nominated person.

You may recall at the Church AGM I said that the Church had applied for a grant from "Awards For All" to help purchase new chairs for the Church. Well I was informed last week that we have been successful and received the grant. It will be used to help pay for the chairs ordered from America, which we are expecting this month, and also purchase replacement chairs for the blue and orange plastic chairs.
